It's a keynote experience that creates workshop-grade outputs. You get the energy and coherence of a keynote speaker, plus the participation and deliverables of a strategy workshop — without the usual 3-hour time commitment.
Think: "Keynote + workshop + deliverables" compressed into 45-60 minutes.
We can also help you design follow-on sessions reviewing the outputs, or other more interactive team building style competitive events.
Tell us your objectives or challenges, and we'll tailor something memorable for you and your audience.
Henry's sessions are priced similar to traditional premium corporate keynotes, but the USP of these sessions is all the post-event strategic deliverables you receive within minutes of Henry leaving the stage.
Henry typically books 3-6 months out, however he's delivered sessions with as little as 24h notice — and was still able to customise the outputs!
The best prompts are specific enough to be strategic, but open enough to invite creativity. Typical areas of focus include:
Customer future: "What will our customers expect from us in 2030?"
New offering: "Sketch the product/service we could launch next year"
Experience design: "Draw an experience that creates new value for customers"
Operating model: "Which jobs will humans do here in five years?"
Adjacent opportunities: "What new business could we launch in 3 years?"
Moonshot: "If resources were no object, what innovation would you pursue?"
Henry works with you pre-event to craft prompts that unlock your specific strategic challenge — not generic "innovation theater".
Yes — tailoring is designed to be lightweight for your team.
The most important inputs are: the strategic question you want answered, and context on your audience (role, expertise level, current challenges) in order to tailor the Deep Innovation reports to your needs.
This usually requires 1-2 short calls: one to confirm objectives and prompt, and for higher profile events, one with your AV/production team to align on show flow.
Of course, contact us and we'll be happy to share examples of past outputs.
No — participation is browser-based via QR code. Scan, upload, done.
No downloads, no account creation, no friction.
Absolutely — Henry has delivered this to all types of remote audiences, e.g. him dialling into a corporate meeting, or webinars where all participants are online.
Absolutely. We've delivered events where we processed 900+ submissions in less than 10 minutes (generating 4.5gb of data).
The tech scales seamlessly.
That's a common concern — and it's never been a problem in 50+ sessions. The point isn't art skill; it's capturing intent quickly, then using AI to amplify it into something shareable and strategic.
The mechanism sees everyone drawing simultaneously and anonymously. The CEO's sketch looks just as 'basic' as everyone else's. The AI analyzes concepts, not aesthetics — a messy napkin sketch gets equal treatment to a polished diagram.
That's why we typically see participation rates >70-75%. And those who don't draw usually regret it when they see their colleagues' ideas showcased.
Yes — because it's low-risk (stick figures work fine) and high-value (they see their ideas reflected back strategically).
We've run this for C-suite offsites, family office retreats, private equity board meetings, and 1,000-person conferences, with participation averaging 70%+.
All sketches are captured and stored the moment participants upload — even if the AI can't process them immediately, we can re-run the transformation post-session. No submissions are ever lost.
However, with any live experience that relies on third-party digital services, there's some risk. To mitigate this, we use Google's Gemini API (99.9%+ uptime) with parallel processing across multiple agents — if one pathway fails, others continue. We also have alternative image generation models on standby, if needed.
Even when individual participants have experienced processing issues (for example, due to personal device issues), the power of the session is that they can still view others' results on the big screen – and witness the collective intelligence emerging from the audience.
We will get back to you within 24 hours (usually sooner!).
