Every leader in the room was asked to imagine an innovation which could create new revenue for Intercorp by 2030. Every answer started as a pen sketch. AI turned it into a business plan, in Spanish, in minutes.
FEST is Intercorp's annual gathering: the group's top leaders, spanning across five verticals – financial services, retail, education, health and entertainment. The brief was to:
Inspiration that evaporates by the weekend wasn't the goal. Every leader needed something concrete to act on in their own business unit.
The room had heard plenty of AI talks. Intercorp wanted its leaders to experience what AI can do. Making it tangible was key.
The same Peruvian family banks with Interbank, shops at Plaza Vea and studies at Innova. The group's biggest opportunity sits in the connections between its businesses, and FEST_26 needed to make that real.
The sketch prompt was inspired by a target set by Intercorp's CEO: 10% of new revenue by 2030 should come from new products and ventures.
One question. 60 seconds. 709 ideas.
Real, unretouched sketches, drawn by hand in the room at FEST_26. Every one became its own idea page.
Concept images, idea pages and full Deep Innovation reports, all generated natively in Spanish. No translation layer, no compromise for the room.
For every idea, AI proposed 5–8 collaboration plays with sister companies across Intercorp: the partner, the integration, and why the customer would care.
Because the exercise was tuned to Intercorp's ecosystem, the group's own brands appeared throughout the AI concept imagery. Leaders saw their businesses in the future, literally.
One of 709 idea pages – concept images, an AI roast and a Deep Innovation report, generated in minutes
Most event content peaks on stage and fades on the flight home. This ran the other way: the outputs got more valuable as the day went on.
One shared question, framed by the keynote and the group's 10%-by-2030 mandate. Everyone contributes, from every company and vertical.
99% of participants had their complete AI results in under two minutes: concept images, an idea page and a Deep Innovation report. The technology held at full scale.
Zero failed submissions across 709 ideasTwo hours after the keynote, a leadership panel discussed what the room had drawn: the dominant themes, the tensions, and where the white space sat. The audience's own ideas became the afternoon's agenda.
A bilingual analysis of all 709 ideas: twelve themes, the group's blind spots, a crowd-powered manifesto, and a comic drawn from the room's ideas.
Intercorp's team received every idea consolidated into a single .md file, ready to drop into any LLM and query against live projects. 709 business plans became a strategic asset the group can keep interrogating.
A mind-blowing talk that merges future thinking with today's business as usual, in a way that feels so familiar and exciting.
Absolutely spectacular! I loved the combination of a big AI vision with a very optimistic stance, looking to a future of building great things with huge efficiency.
It will change the way you think.
It reaffirmed that there are no crazy ideas, only future ones. And what I take away is that human beings still matter enormously.
A talk that reopens your mind to ideas we'd stopped dreaming.
Mind-changing, different and funny. I had a great time and learned a lot. Now I see innovation and AI in a different light.
'People who understand people win.' Multiple ideas collected in seconds.
We're living in a moment where EVERYTHING is changing faster than ever. A moment to explore, innovate, and become part of the change.
The speaker taught us how to use AI for productivity in a way I didn't know was possible.
Everybody can build the future from where we stand.
A clear, grounded take on how businesses could transform if we take the challenge of GenAI in the right direction and mindset.
An eye-opening perspective on how we should frame AI in daily life, and it injected excitement into new use cases.
You leave the session with tools to use starting now to change the world. Thank you so much!
AI is my new best friend.

The session itself was a visceral experience of what AI transformation feels like. But it also left participants with a wealth of valuable content – that they created themselves.
Strategic overview of themes, tensions and white space, written for leadership.
Every sketch with its AI concept images, a playful roast, a shareable idea card, and a Deep Innovation report with 5–8 cross-group plays.
Every idea and report consolidated into a single .md file, ready for Intercorp's teams to drop into any LLM and interrogate against live projects.
The room's ideas came back one more time: inked as an eight-page comic, in Spanish and English, published the same day.
Most strategy documents get filed. A comic gets passed around, and the ideas travel with it: onto desks, into group chats, in front of the 80,000+ Intercorp employees who weren't in the room.
You sit. You listen. You forget.
I created VisuAIse Futures because your team's collective intelligence is worth more than any single speaker's insights. Intercorp proved the point: 1,000+ leaders, one strategic question, and 709 answers the group is still working with.
Every audience is sitting on this. The pens are cheap. The ideas are already in the room.
If you'd like your next event to produce something your strategy team fights over the morning after, I'd love to hear from you.
Everyone contributes. Everyone's heard. Your audience becomes your innovation team.
The session generates proprietary data your organisation can act on, the same day.
The session ends; the signal report, the dataset and the ideas keep working.
If you're planning an event where the audience should do more than watch, let's talk about what a VisuAIse Futures session could deliver.
